Mable A. Glenn

Mable (May) serves as the President of RJ Corporation and the Vice President of RJ Guam LLC, where she manages the company's real estate properties. Before her tenure at RJ Guam and Saipan, she spent 14 years in an executive leadership role for McDonald's of Guam and Saipan. In 2023, she took on the role of managing her family's real estate companies, RJ Guam and RJ Corporation. Her love for real estate began in 2013 when she worked part-time as a real estate assistant and trained with a Real Estate Agent from RE/MAX on Guam. 

Aside from work, Mable has dedicated her time to serve on community boards and has held numerous board positions including Board Chair for the NMI Chapter of the American Red Cross, Vice President for the Saipan Chamber of Commerce Board, Member of the Pacific Century Fellows-Marianas Chapter and founding Chairwoman of the Saipan Young Professionals. In 2025, she was featured in Guam Business Magazine's "40 Under 40", recognizing young leaders throughout Micronesia.

Apartment Manager, RJ Guam

Kristina Gamboa

Kristina (Kae) Gamboa is the Apartment Manager for RJ Guam, LLC, overseeing the company's portfolio of residential and commercial properties on Guam. In this role, she manages the day to day operations of over 80 apartment units and 2 commercial properties. She is the first point of contact for all new and potential tenants, schedules maintenance requests and handles all administrative duties.  Prior to joining RJ Guam LLC, Kae worked for Hyatt Regency Guam for many years. She enjoys delivering the best customer service and hospitality to her tenants. Kae joined RJ Guam in 2020 and proudly celebrated 5 years with the company in 2025. 

Admin & Operations Coordinator, RJ Corporation

Celya Colegio

Celya Colegio is our Admin & Operations Coordinator. In this role, she assist in all administrative work with emphasis on Human Resources support for our employees. Prior to joining RJ Corporation, she worked as an Admin & Data Support TAC-Coordinator for CDee Inspection Services, providing on-ground HR assistance for FEMA post-Typhoon Mawar and Typhoon Yutu. She also worked for N15 Architects as a Project Coordinator. Celya is skilled in graphic design and has a passion for content creation. She is the newest to join the RJ Corporation team and we're excited to have her!  

Property Assistant, RJ Corporation

Kim Concepcion

Kim is the Property Assistant for RJ Corporation. In this role, he assists in the day-to-day operations of the apartment, commercial and residential home rentals on Saipan. He works closely with the tenants and answers any questions they may have regarding their lease. He is eager to learn more about the real estate business and enjoys working with his team. Kim has a strong communications and customer service/hospitality background having worked 5+ years in the Service Industry.  In 2026, Kim will be celebrating 2 years with RJ Corporation.
