Vice President

Mable A. Glenn

Mable (May) is the Vice President of RJ Corporation and RJ Guam LLC. In this role, she oversees the management of the company's portfolio of properties. Her passion for real estate began in 2013 when she worked as a Real Estate Assistant for RE/MAX, while working a full-time job with McDonald's of Guam and Saipan. Aside from work, Mable has held several leadership positions in the community including Board Chair for the NMI Chapter of the American Red Cross, Vice President for the Saipan Chamber of Commerce Board, Board Member for the Saipan Zoning Board and founding Chairwoman of the Saipan Young Professionals. In 2025, she was featured in Guam Business Magazine's "40 Under 40", recognizing young leaders throughout Micronesia.

Property Manager

Narme Mendoza

Narme Mendoza is the Property Manager for RJ Corporation and RJ Guam. Narme has 23 years of experience in property management and has knowledge in all aspects of the real estate business, from doing apartment showings to selling properties. She is proud to support our small office and assist in managing our rentals. 

Apartment Manager, RJ Guam

Kristina Gamboa

Kristina (Kae) Gamboa is the Apartment Manager for RJ Guam, LLC, overseeing the Maite Heights Apartment and Harmon Apartments. In this capacity, she manages over 80 apartment units, handling daily operations such as property showings, tenant move-ins, and maintenance requests. Kae joined RJ Guam LLC in 2020 and proudly celebrates 5 years with the company in 2025.

Property Assistant, RJ Corporation

Kim Concepcion

Kim is the Property Assistant for RJ Corporation. In this role, he assists in the day-to-day operations of the apartment, commercial and residential home rentals on Saipan. He is eager to learn more about the real estate business and enjoys working with his team. Kim has F&B experience and utilizes what he has learned towards his service at RJ Corporation. In 2025, Kim celebrated 1 year with the RJ Team.
