Mable A. Glenn

Mable (May) is the President of RJ Corporation and Vice President for RJ Guam LLC. In this role, she oversees the management of the company's portfolio of properties. Her passion for real estate began in 2013 when she worked as a Real Estate Assistant for RE/MAX, while working a full-time job with McDonald's of Guam and Saipan. Aside from work, Mable has held several leadership positions in the community including Board Chair for the NMI Chapter of the American Red Cross, Chair for the NMC Foundation, Vice President for the Saipan Chamber of Commerce Board, Board Member for the Saipan Zoning Board and founding Chairwoman of the Saipan Young Professionals. In 2025, she was featured in Guam Business Magazine's "40 Under 40", recognizing young leaders throughout Micronesia.

Apartment Manager, RJ Guam

Kristina Gamboa

Kristina (Kae) Gamboa is the Apartment Manager for RJ Guam, LLC, overseeing the company's portfolio of residential and commercial properties on Guam. In this role, she manages the day to day operations of over 80 apartment units and 2 commercial properties. She is the first point of contact for all new and potential tenants, schedules maintenance requests and handles all administrative duties.  Prior to joining RJ Guam LLC, Kae worked for Hyatt Regency Guam for many years. She enjoys delivering the best customer service and hospitality to her tenants. Kae joined RJ Guam in 2020 and proudly celebrated 5 years with the company in 2025. 

Property Assistant, RJ Corporation

Kim Concepcion

Kim is the Property Assistant for RJ Corporation. In this role, he assists in the day-to-day operations of the apartment, commercial and residential home rentals on Saipan. He works closely with the tenants and answers any questions they may have regarding their lease. He is eager to learn more about the real estate business and enjoys working with his team. Kim has a strong communications and customer service/hospitality background having worked 5+ years in the Service Industry.  In 2026, Kim will be celebrating 2 years with RJ Corporation.
