Welcome, New Tenant!
Hafa Adai and Welcome! As you prepare to move into your new unit, here's a list of what you can expect next.
1
Signing Your Lease Agreement
We will schedule a meeting for you to review and sign your Lease Agreement for your new home. You will be asked to provide the required Security Deposits and payments at that time.
2
Unit Preparation
We can't wait for you to enjoy your new home! A week before your move-in date, we will schedule our team to clean your unit to ensure it's ready for you!
3
Applying for Power and Water Connection
All new tenants will need to apply for their own power and water connection through the CNMI's local utilities company called CUC (Commonwealth Utilities Corporation).

Requirements to submit to CUC:
a) Completed CUC Application Form
b) Original Lease Agreement (signed by Landlord and Tenant)
c) Location Map to the property
d) Copy of Valid ID (of tenant)
e) Security Deposit Payment: CUC will require a security deposit to be paid. This is refundable to you by CUC upon your lease termination/expiration. Fees may vary depending on your unit and its location.

If you would like for us to submit your Power and Water Application to CUC directly, you will need to provide us with these additional documents:

a) A Notarized CUC Authorization Letter (providing us with authority to apply for your power/water connection on your behalf)

4
Scheduling your "Move-In" Date
After you've signed your Lease Agreement, we'll communicate with you to schedule a "Move-In" Date. This will be the date that you may officially move into your unit. We'll go through a "Move-In Checklist" and walk-through of the unit with you to ensure your new home is ready.
